Core rules + Hall of Heroes

Quick update-

The core rules have been added too, and I have updated the pre-generated character sheets to include more content.

The major new rules addition is all about PUSHing rolls, or getting a chance to re-roll. You do this by marking a power as 'spent'. Spent powers cannot be used until after a long rest. This give players a chance to turn the tide in their favor after a failed roll, but can result in weakened heroes.
