Core Rules - Version 2.0

The core rule book has been updated with the following features:

1) Core table has better ability to visualize the success of success with a 'target number' listed at the bottom. This makes it much easier for players and gamemasters to quickly assess failure or success for rolls.

2) Additional guidance given to gamemasters about flow of scenes, proactive vs reactive rolls, and other helpful tips for running the game. These are all additions I have clarified as I have run more sessions of this game. 

3) Solo play tools have been expanded with a basic interpretive generator. 

4) General clean-ups and revisions. 

I am happy with the state of the core rules for now, next up will be working on the expansion content: Faultline City.
